Job Purpose:
Responsible for customer service department, systems and process improvement projects as accordingly to the needs of the organization.
THE ROLE：
Work with management team to establish a “customer first” culture within the organization.
Take lead in re-engineering system processes around customer service, marketing and technical department.
Effectively manage the customer service department and allocate duties and responsibility accordingly
Improve both current internal and external SOP
Improve both current internal and external SOP
Analysis and review all feedbacks and work with relevant managers to resolve issues
Work with stakeholders to identify, develop, implement and document new processes required to improve customer’s experience.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management on customer feedbacks and status of follow ups.
Manage customer database to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Able to conceptualize effective projects prior to implementation
Able to garner and provide leadership support in task delivery
Essentially must be able to work well with people from all levels and across departments.
Ability to comprehend technical knowledge and willingness to learn and take on new task.
Good analytical skills.
Good co-ordination and understanding of systems and areas which need improvement.
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned portfolios in addition to projects.
Independent, resourceful and adaptable to different situations.
Requirement：
Minimum degree with at least 5 years in manufacturing environment with at least 3 years in managerial position.
Passionate in customer experience.
Managing people at all levels.
Proven leadership experience in a customer service environment.
Leadership skills driving projects with inter-departments.
Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
A pro-active approach to work with a positive attitude
Able to adapt to different situation
