Job Purpose

Primary purpose of the role – briefly describe in one or two sentences why the job exists:

To operate outbound shpts to make sure the customer service quality

Key Accountabilities

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:

1 Dedicated contact for assigned customers for EU & AP lane;

2 Keeping close contact with customer for shipment status updating & problem solving.

3 Answering overseas inquiries and involving in daily correspondences with network for shipments status and solutions;

4 Work closely with local agents, brokers for proper cargo operation;

5 Register job number is OFS system and accrual relate cost/revenue in OFS system;

6 To clarify the irregular cargo status and work out the solution to solve the problem like:Cargo missing/damage, cross labeling, mis-routed and wrong cargo received.

7 To bill client as per quotation and bill back for any over charged freight

8 To confirm freight charges with client so that client can arrange payment in time

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

The knowledge, experience and skills required to undertake the level at a fully competent level:

Essential Desirable

Education & Qualifications Bachelor Degree

Bachelor Degree above

Experience Minimum 1 years related experience in Air freight operation

Over 2 years related experience in Air freight operation

Specialist Knowledge & Skills Reliable, Well organized, Honest, Team-player

Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English

Interpersonal & Communication Skills Good communication skill
