职位描述：
Project Manager Legal & Investment

Activities of legal & investment Department:

1. Comprehensive advice on legal aspects and support of German companies in doing business in China
2. Company establishment, restructuring and corporate liquidation
3. Legal advice (in particular in the areas of commercial and contract law, labour law, corporate law, tax and finance law, foreign direct investment, M & A etc.)
4. Processing of legal requests from the AHK and IHK (Chamber of Commerce and industry) network
5. Internal legal support
6. Presentations on various legal issues to members of the AHK and IHK (Chamber of Commerce) network

Your duties/responsibilities:

1. Independent management of projects (company establishments and liquidations, drafting of contracts, mediation, etc.) and communication with clients;
2. Direct communication with the management;
3. Regular exchange with L & I teams in Beijing and Shanghai;
4. Collaboration with L & I teams in Beijing and Shanghai for common projects;
5. Ongoing professional training and development of a technical expertise in specific areas of law.


Requirement:

1. Completed law studies in China;
2. Ability to work in an international team;
3. Good knowledge of Chinese law;
4. Very good knowledge of English or German language;
5. Chinese native speaker;
6. Customer and service orientation;
7. 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

1. 法律咨询，为德国企业在中国事务提供支持；
2. 公司设立、重组和解散；
3. 法律咨询（合同法、劳动法、公司法、财税法、外商直接投资及并购等领域）；
4. 处理德国工商大会各地机构的法律问询；
5. 内部法律支持；
6. 为德国商会会员企业举办法律讲座。

工作内容

1. 独立负责项目执行（公司设立和解散、起草合同等），并与客户沟通；
2. 与管理层保持沟通；
3. 定期与北京、上海地区进行交流；
4. 与北京、上海的同事进行项目合作；
5. 持续参加法律方面的培训，提高专业知识。

职位要求

1. 本科或以上学历，法律相关专业；
2. 良好的团队协作能力和跨文化理解能力；
3. 熟悉中国合同法、公司法和劳动法；
4. 良好的英语或德语能力（母语为中文）；
5. 具备以客户需求为导向的服务意识；
6. 2-3年相关工作经验。
