职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
Reporting to General Counsel, Asia Pacific Region, the primary role is to provide legal support to OSRAM’s various business teams in Asia Pacific Region.

Job Requirement:
1. Graduate from reputable law school (overseas legal education preferred)
2. Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience with first class law firm. Additional experience working with reputable multinational company is a plus;
3. Experience in both mergers & acquisitions and daily operational legal issues;
4. Good judgment, high commercial sense, solution oriented, ability to work; independently and smartly, and ability to manage, coordinate and drive matters forward;
5. Strong personality, good team work ability and excellent communication skills;
6. Self-motivated, well-organized, self-managed, efficient and attentive to details; and
7. Good command of English and Mandarin
