1、专科以上学历，三年以上施工图设计经验。
2、熟练使用施工图等室内设计行业相关软件。
3、独立和带领团队按制图规范完成成套施工图纸，绘图准确，审图细心。
4、熟悉材料性能，了解施工工艺技术，具施工现场指导经验。
5、善于沟通，富有创意及执行力，有责任感、表达能力强，有团队合作精神；
岗位职责：
1、负责施工图组管理工作；
2、带领和组织设计团队完成项目设计工作，参与、指导和审核设计制图及各项操作规范；
3、配合项目需要，至工地进行现场施工交底及解决现场施工问题；
4、对方案设计的可实施性、合理性及完整性提出建议；
5、负责公司设计部各部门工作的对接与协调；
6、协助设计总监完成其他日常管理工作。 举报 分享
