职位描述：
*For experiend consultant ：
1) To success in Recruitment the consultant needs :
- Outgoing , passionate , self-motivated
- Good people sense, good outlook
- work well in an international consulting firm is strongly preferred , or at least specialized in the consultancy of Fashion/Retail/Luxury or Hospitality.

2) Benefits of working for Consumer Marketing Team:
- Phase I : 2-3 weeks of induction to ensure the recruitment career hasing a great start,including a general awareness of full marketing functions with covering all kinds of B2C industries.
- Phase II : 8-13 weeks strctured on- job training to ensure the consultant professional and financial success at beginning .

* For PRC (none fresh but 2 yrs working experience is must ) :
       - Any sales /marketing people has been working in the field of international fashion/ luxury/international hotel group /PR ,Event ,Advertising agency. / Exibition agency .
e.g. ,store manager of luxury, sales supervisor of hotel /mice, marketing supervisor or of hotel, sales supervisor of education . OR , any HR recruiter for these industries are welcome . 举报 分享
