职位描述：
管理法律事务相关的业务(在财务总监或总经理的监督下):
a. 营业执照和其他许可证的获取和更新
b. 帮助管理任何诉讼
c. 各种合同的检查和翻译(如与购物中心租赁、供应商和承包商等之间的合同等. .)
管理人力资源相关事务(在财务总监或总经理的监督下):
a. 审查和验证商店经理所提供的薪工单
b. 根据我们的需要寻找候选人 (主要由人力资源门户在网站上做的张贴，像Zhaoping),可能负责第一轮面试，取决于工作
c. 帮助管理诉讼或必要时与员工协商特定问题
d. 负责门店和总部的车载和场外的活动过程
在不同领域为办公室经理提供支持:市场营销、B2B活动,操作,购买,对于小任务,根据他们的需求如下面 3点所示，帮助总经理：
a. 陪他出差相关业务发展(与商场主要会议)
b. 安排商务旅行和费用报销申请
c. 帮助他管理任务(零星开支,不同种类的任务根据他的需求)

Manage legal matters related to the business [under supervision of CFO or Managing director]:
a. Business License and other licenses acquisition and renewal
b. Helping management in case of any litigation
c. Check and translation of divers contracts [lease with malls, suppliers and contractors, etc..]
2. Manage HR matters related to the business [under supervision of CFO or Managing director]:
a. Review and validation of payrolls provided by store managers
b. Looking for candidates according to our needs [mostly by posting on HR portals like Zhaoping], potentially in charge of first round interviews depending on the job offer
c. Helping management in case of litigation or necessity to negotiate on particular matters with the staff
d. In charge on On-board and Off-Board processes for Stores and HQ
Provide support to Office Managers in different fields: Marketing, B2B activities, Operation, Purchases, for small tasks and according to their needs
3. Help the managing director by
a. Accompanying him on business trips related to Business Development [meetings with malls mainly]
b. Arranging his business trips and expenses reimbursement applications
c. Helping him for admin tasks [out of pocket expenses, divers other tasks according to his needs] 举报 分享
