职位描述：
Responsibility :

Handle daily sea freight operations, dealing with clients and overseas network
Coordinate with oversea offices for shipment planning and arrangement
Document preparation, filing, document management: :generate and release in time
Create invoice, charge to vendor, settle payment with carrier on time
Send Pre-advice & Pre-alert to destination agents/offices
Report and collect tax invoice from the tax department as and when required
Monitor the opening & closing of job files

Requirement :

College or above
Good command of English, both in written and spoken
Min. 2 years operations work experience in forwarding industry
Able to work independently and cooperate with team members
Responsible, careful, aggressive and self-motivated.
Good communication skills, team spirits
