China IT Engineer

Must have:
Strong English language skills – written and verbal
Level 1 support – Win7, Win8, Win10 and Microsoft Office products
Physical system provisioning – desktop and notepad systems
Active Directory administration experience – Microsoft Server 2008/2012
Good understanding of network fundamentals, patching etc
Linux support/admin
Understand anti-virus and anti-malware techniques
Basic knowledge of firewall and VPN operations
Exchange 2010 administration experience
 
Useful:
Skype for business administration
Mitel VoIP experience
