职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责联系客户，尽快回复客户产品、服务方面的咨询，并最大限度地促成交易；
2、跟进售后订单：对付款后的订单进行跟进，售后订单满足买家后续要求，包括货运，包装等，及时妥善处理售后订单的纠纷事项；
3、老客户维护：对有潜力的客户进行维护，定期发布促销信息与热销产品信息，促成客户再次购买；
4、跟进工厂及发货情况；
5、服从安排完成上级交给的其它事务性工作；

职位要求：
1、大专以上学历，英语4级以上，英语书面表达能力突出，并能与外国客户口语交流（可接受优秀应届毕业生）；
2、乐于沟通和分享，工作积极、热情、主动，并具有持之以恒的学习精神；
3、思维灵活，反应敏捷，责任心强，做事细心，执行力强；
4、抗压能力较强，以完成目标为工作导向；
5、具有较强的团队合作精神；
