Job Summary

The Communications Specialist provides impactful corporate communications and consulting to help the AEE global communications team and leadership align employees to AEE’s strategic direction, develops and executes plans to implement component of projects or programs that are aligned with the business strategy in AEE Dalian. This role also manages local communication strategies and channels, enables innovative visuals and content with AEE relevant functions and leaders.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal Communications

? Support leadership in delivering communications based on new strategies and change management priorities, and advocate for the information needs of employees.
? Manage internal communications that focuses on consistent and engaging messaging for employees
? Key member in collaboration and employee engagement related initiatives, typically collaborating perspectives through projects
? Leverage all existing internal communications vehicles – working with the creative design team to deliver best visuals if needed.
? Reinforce communications policies and standards in VI.
? Maintain center boilerplate, organization charts and master deck.

Social Media

? Promote Accenture Social Media and enhance the collaboration
? Coach AEE Dalian team on how to leverage/better use Accenture social media

Project Management

? Work as a PMO for the center wise initiatives, buildup center initiatives management mechanism including timeline and cost control to ensure timely and desirable delivery

Others External and global communications

? Connect with Accenture Dalian, GC marketing & communications team and AEE global communication team in comprehensive activities and initiatives, to implement them effectively in the region

Qualifications

? Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Human Resources, Media or journalism
? Work Experience: 5+ years of work experience
? Fluent oral and writing English
? Work Requirements: The incumbent will be based at the AEE Dalian

Skills & Knowledge

? Previous communication and marketing experience a plus
? Quicker learner
? Good oral and written communication skills
? Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
? Strong PC skills, especially in Microsoft PPT
? Ability to work independently
? Ability to interact with executives
