Position: Analyst for Site Services
Number of Positions: 1
Reporting to:Rajesh / Akash

Candidate Requirement:
?Preferred to have had around 18 months (or above) of relevant experience in the research, sourcing or project management space for MRO / EPC(M) / Facilities Management
?Ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment
?In-depth knowledge on various site service strategies
?Holistic view on the overall site service categories
?Insights on how site services stakeholders view the sourcing of the categories
?Knowledge on various CAPEX and OPEX categories like MRO / EPC(M) / Facilities Management
?Basic understanding on the value chain of site service categories and how each categories are related to bottom-line cost savings
?Key end users of site services categories and the emerging trends that Fortune 500 buyers should be aware of

Job Role:
?Lead the project scoping, project presentation, handling client interactions and clarifications
?Developing new models, strategic tools and methodologies
?Regular internal review and guidance to ensure that the report meets the client objectives, timelines and quality standards
?Regular project updates, report management and escalations if any to the internal stakeholders
?Identifying and resolving issues critical to the clients' strategic and operational success through regular internal brainstorming
?Providing technical/functional content
?Develop category specialisation
?Supporting the sales team in the presentations and also by helping them by sending out the sales specific decks
?Ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment
?Should have a basic knowledge on the industry best practices
?Holistic view about the construction laborand material industry outlook
?Knowledge on the economic factors and forecasting methodologies
?In-depth knowledge on various strategic procurement analysis tools
