POSITION:PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for directing approximately 50 manufacturing team members focus on a new customer product. The incumbent to this position is responsible for effective timely production output, control and improve productivity and efficiency, safe working conditions, good team member and employee relations, environmental compliance, and any emergency situations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

工作内容

1. Supervise and continuous improve all manufacturing operations on his assigned production area. Responsible for key performance measures such as productivity, production volume, quality, and safety.This would include meeting established production schedules and supervising the activities of production team members.

1. 监督并不断改善所负责生产区的所有生产业务；管理关键绩效指标（如生产率、产量、质量、安全）、实现既定的生产计划、监督生产团队成员作业。

2. Assure 6S in production area making sure all the material is in the right place. Improve continuously the efficiency and productivity of the lines assigned making sure the operators have the right equipment and instruction to fulfill the assigned tasks. Assure lines are correctly balance and identify and address balance issues immediately.

2. 确保生产区满足6S；确保所有材料摆放在正确的位置；不断提高生产线效率和生产率；确保操作员具有正确的设备和指示；确保生产线分配均匀并及时解决分配不均事宜。

3. Handle all team member concerns and issues. Staff, train, evaluate, develop, discipline, communicate with, and direct team members.

3. 解决所有团队成员的问题，并对其进行调配、培训、评估、发展、惩处、沟通、以及指导。

4. Address facilities and maintenance issues, including utilities and fire protection.

4. 解决设备和维护事宜（包括工具和消防在内）。

5. Actively foster a safe and healthy work environment. This is done through promoting, supporting, and enforcing safe work practices through company safety programs.

5. 通过推广、认可、并执行安全工作规范建立安全良好的工作环境。

6. Perform special projects as assigned by the Plant Manager

6. 完成厂长指派的特定项目。

QERUIREMENTS

要求

1.+2 years experience as Production Supervisor, if possible in international company.

1. 两年以上生产主管经验，跨国公司背景者优先考虑

2. Strong practical knowledge applicable to manufacturing environment.

2. 扎实的生产环境实用知识

3. Home appliances production experience is a plus

3. 小家电行业经验者优先考虑

4. Familiar with SQC and Lean Manufacturing is a plus

4. 熟悉SQC 和精益生产者优先考虑

5. Able to work with minimum supervision.

5. 独立工作

6. Good English level, specially writing/reading are a must. Good conversational skills are a plus.
