Operations Manager Roles & Responsibilities(Location: Malaysia Or Cyberjaya)
· Manage and control attrition and effective employee engagement activities.
· Drive continuous improvement program across processes.
· Analyze utilization, efficiency and available data for the process.
· Undertake detailed process improvement studies and upgrade skills the team members.
· Should meet and exceed Client metrics: External & internal quality metric should be consistently green.
· Strengthen quality management processes / framework to improve quality and operation delivery.
· Accurately capture SLA/ Service Level Objective (SLO) metrics, the reporting needs of each of the client and set up / customize processes to seamlessly meet Client's expectation.
· Manage overall personnel performance and discipline.
· Evaluation of operational practices and procedures.
· Provide direction to staff, ensure resolution of problems.
· Provide expertise and leadership in assigned functional area.
· Manage & control attrition to the minimum and plan for back fills on a timely basis.
· Ensure team deliverables are met.
· Sets priorities.
· Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, individual style, quality, creativity and team work.
· Play an strong role in whole team’s management, especially building a bond between different levels of personnel on floor.
· Co-work with both parties’ available resources to create a work-life balance atmosphere in accordance of both parties’ respective core values.
· Any other tasks / assignments requested by both parties' agreements.
 

· Be experienced with relevant administration and management of the respective posts for at least 1 year.
· Preferences go to personnel with IT/technical (especially in Smartphone) background.
· Be highly responsible and quickly responsive to the operational, administrative and co-operative tasks / assignments requested by both parties' agreements.
· Be pro-active in processing combing and SOP establishment.
· Be able to handle pressures and unexpected emergency issues when in need.
· Have a strong sense of time management.
· Manage to produce accurate reports/feedbacks requested by both parties' agreements on a punctual basis
