职位描述：
This AP position in Changchun, China will align serial and development strategy from the productline pump in the China/ASEAN region.
Advanced Purchasing maximizes profit or product by aligning division demands with procurement strategy, by integrating preferred suppliers into the development process and by managing the purchasing content of any complex project.

- identify, classify and communicate new BU needs (technology and product trends) to category management
- support procurement market analysis to identify new potential suppliers
- Facilitate concept competition with suppliers
- Establish development partnership and dialog with suppliers
- Communicate potential suppliers to BU
- Define component target together with BU Target Costing and supervisor
- Set up and track actions plans to achieve material target
- Evaluate BOM's applying common rule & template
- Contribute to Design to cost activities
- Set up & maintain detailed sourcing plan
- Execute RFQ process
- Identify and track critical components with related risks
- Support ESI and achieve sourcing in time
- Manage AP contents of complex system project
- Advanced development project & Innovation project

Education / Certification A four year BS or BA degree in Engineering or Business Engineering required (Business degree or MBA is a plus)
Professional Experience Several years experience in the automotive area from purchasing required. Wet engine side technology knowledge is a plus
Project and/or Process Experience Several years experience in project teams and purchasing necessary
Leadership Experience Not necessary but a plus
Intercultural Experience International experience is a plus 举报 分享
