Job Purpose
? Instore Environment strategies, planning, and execution to present products and communicate in an attractive way to drive sales.
? Management of Franchise and ONO physical stores to align consistently with Regional guidelines and business needs in BE planning and execution
? Drive BE initiatives to both meet global / regional requirements and local business needs
Scope
? China + limited support for Greater China
Key Responsibilities In store representation
? Campaign execution
o Planning and of marketing campaigns in store and management of executions in all stores through supplier to ensure on quality, on time and on budget
o Support of marketing campaigns and promotions for instore execution.
o Plan and execute product placement locations in stores (Rig Planning and execution)
o Work with VM team to execute campaigns
o Manage Suppliers for campaign support and execution
? Instore visuals and navigation
o Planning and execution of instore visuals and navigation
o Manage Suppliers for campaign support and execution
Cross function communication & collaboration:
? Communication & Collaboration
o Coordinate communication & alignment between Region / Global / Local Functions on all BE initiatives in the GC/ China market.
o Demonstrate ownership and manage communication with internal marketing and product functions so that all actions and output are aligned with the brand and business strategies
o Establishing a process of seeking and rollout of best practices.
o Collaborate with TW and HK BE/ marketing leads to ensure synergy and leverage
? Reporting
o Mange and consolidate global reports by ensuring the right purpose, content, format, in a timely fashion
o Preparation and consolidation of presentations for global / regional / local audiences and stake holders
BE Training :
? Train the Trainer - Training of VM teams and Internal staff
o Manage plan and execute BE TTT program (Train The Trainer)
o Train internal VM team to be able to train franchise VM teams and ONO retail staff
o Monitor effectiveness of training program and improve on VM team’s capabilities
Brand Environment strategy development:
? BE plan and strategy development:
o Formulate BE strategy that align with global and local marketing plans
o Plan and maximize budget to align with allocated budget
Department Administration and Supplier Management
? Budget Management of BE function
o Monitor and manage monthly budget spend for department to ensure spend is on target
o Update any changes to the budget as the year progresses and manage spend accordingly
? Department Administration
o Ensure that department operation from a legal and payment standpoint are executed according to guidelines and requirements
? Management of Suppliers
o Drive high performance from suppliers and ensure that they provide the best price and service
o Maximize supplier pool and capabilities to for the best support to BE support
Job Requirements
? A minimum of 6 years marketing experience in an International brand environment
? Strong experiences in execution and production management of BE initiatives from apparel brands
? Experience of using key financial measures of a brand and experience of budget planning and management.
? Excellent planning skill and writing skill
? Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
? Good cross- function and cross market working relationship.
? Excellent command of English and Chinese language essential.

? Over 6 years of marketing experience in multinational companies, ideally in apparel
