主要职责:
Responsibility:
1. Conduct on-site product quality inspection based on requirements and the company practices;
根据客户要求和公司质量控制程序及检验流程负责产品质量检验;
2. Inspection includes but not limited to visual inspection, functional test and packaging check, performance testing etc
质量检验包括但不限于外观检查、产品功能检测及包装检查, 性能测试等;
3， factory audit include technical & social audit, and follow up the improvement
工厂验厂（包括社会责任审核和技术审核）, 并跟进工厂的整改
4. Monitoring and improve factory’s Quality system and Products manufactory process
管控和提高工厂质量体系和产品的制造流程
4. Follow up the outstanding quality issues with supplier，handle the quality issues on site and assure the corrective actions and preventive actions be implement in factory；
和供应商跟进待解决的产品质量事宜,现场解决品质异常并确保纠正措施和预防措施在工厂被完全实施；
5. Monitor production progress as well as ensure product quality and aging test status, do the First Article inspection for bare units and packaging units, do the on-line inspection and pre-shipment inspection for products based on AQL
监控生产进度，流程和老化情况以及保证产品质量，对裸机或包装产品作首件检查,按AQL 检验标准做在线检验及出货前检验
6. Prepare and submit inspection report in English in the same day when inspection
验货后当天撰写和提交QC报告
8. Other work assigned by the management;
上司交待的其它工作;


Position requirement:
职位要求

1. College degree or above
大专及以上教育程度
2. At least 5 years working experience as Quality Controller or Inspector in Electronics factory, Foreign office or third party inspection company
至少5年以上电子工厂, 外资办事处或者第三方验货公司的检验工作经验。
3. Good knowledge on manufacturing processes of Electronic factory , be familiar with Smartphone、MP3、MP4、BT Speaker、Tablet 、Feature phone、Senior Phone、and DVD quality control, have foreign company experience or third party inspection company for quality control or inspection is preferred
了解电子工厂的生产制造流程，熟知智能手机、MP3/MP4,蓝牙音响，平板电脑，功能手机，老人手机以及DVD的品质管控和检验,有外资公司或第三方验货公司品质管控或检验经验者优先。
4. Good judgment in determining quality problems and familiar with AQL standard
具备良好产品质量问题判断能力，熟悉AQL标准
5. Frequent traveling in South China Area(Major in: Shenzhen、Dongguan、Huizhou) required
需经常于华南区域(主要是深圳、东莞、惠州)出差
6. Good command of English both in reading and writing is preferred
英文（读写能力）良好者优先考虑
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft office
电脑操作熟练
8. Integrity, able to work under pressure and excellent interpersonal communication skill
为人正直，有较强的团队协作意识，具备良好的沟通协调能力及承受压力的能力
