职位描述：
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. As the Service parts Planner for WW Service Parts, being able to use Service Parts MRP system (Xelus) plus Planner’s judgement to decide WW/Geo demand within Lead Time.
2. Procure materials: issue purchase orders, follow-up on purchase orders, daily working with sourcing plants/ suppliers to make sure no less than 95% on time delivery.
3. Track and trace inbound information.
4. Ensure parts are integrated in stock and available for sales in a timely manner, resolve receiving / paperwork issues with Distribution partners as necessary.
5. Follow up demand evolution and backlog/backorder on a daily basis to ensure supply availability and review actions with WW and Geo Planning teams.
6. Ensure Service Parts to be available before GA for NPI by closely working with WW NPI Coordinator, Suppliers and other parties involved.
7. Run, analyze & provide comment on the monthly results on inventory, backorder, outlook accuracy, and cost performance.
8. Inventory management: Reducing worldwide inventory levels while improving part availability
9. Worldwide Supply Chain Networks: Able to manage parts supply from Asian supply base to Global customers

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BA or BSc degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 6 years professional experience in supply chain planning role
- Experience in Field Service / Spare Parts business would be a plus
- Experience in professional logistics would be a plus
- Excellent analyzing skill, summarization skill and problem solving skill
- Excellent team player
- Excellent presentation skill
- Ability to work in a multicultural and changing environment
- Ability to work under heavy pressure and being able to manage stress
- Rigorous, well organized and able to manage priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent English (CET 4 at least)
- Systems: advanced knowledge of ERP (SAP), APS (Xelus would be a plus), MS Office (Excel, Access), SAP
