1.MISSION:
To be responsible for the products local development in accordance with the client specifications and the objectives defined for the projects in quality, price and timing matters.
2.GENERAL FUNCTIONS*:
To establish priorities in its teams (development, laboratory, metrology, IQ) ensuring an appropriate projects development applying the standards defined by the Excellence Engineering Centre (EEC).
To ensure the technical development of the profiles under its area.
To take technical decisions like buck up IP.
To carry out a budget control of the area.
To be responsible for obtaining local lower development costs.
To keep in touch with the clients advanced engineering department.
To manage its group, guaranteeing effectiveness, development and motivation.
Indicators:
Project profitability and cost effective developments, using the the TC/TP methodology (Total cost/Total profit)
FDS introduction level (Ficosa Development System)
Budget adherence
ECR/ECN

3.MINIMUM FORMATION REQUIRED OR LEVEL OF EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:
Academic background: University degree in Engineering
Additional training: MBA or similar
Languages: Fluent Mandarin
