We are looking for an experienced Client Services Manager interested in making an impact in a Talent Acquisition space evolving with the expectations of our candidates. We are seeking a passionate individual fueled by curiosity, energized by relationships and motivated to drive continuous improvement that matters.

With The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) this individual will establish business processes and integrated technology solutions for a varied set of talent acquisition clients supporting areas in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) including Walt Disney Parks and Resorts (WDPR) and Walt Disney International (WDI) sites across the Enterprise. These businesses encompass, parks, entertainment, technical and corporate hiring needs. We’re looking for a talented individual to lead the development of business process and technology solutions that further the client area’s business and functional objectives.

A day in the life…
? Act as a consultative thought partner- Lead client intake sessions, build trust and probe to understand the why to assess areas of opportunity
? Impact compelling change and improvement- Drive “just enough process” dialogs to establish process where it counts and optimize productivity
? Be a part of the solution- Develop meaningful business requirements and translate into automation opportunities
? Advocate for TWDC value- Create business case and justification to ensure teams are focused on most valuable work to advance TWDC business and talent acquisition strategies
? Translate concept to action- Establish high level resource estimates and key milestones for accomplishing work

Basic Qualifications:
? 3 + years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment organization, Human Resources, Technology or a related field
? Demonstrated expertise providing consultation and project management
? Highly advanced ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues
? Proven ability to implement change within an organization, ensuring understanding, participation, and ownership.
? Experience contributing to full lifecycle project execution (design, development, delivery and implementation)
? Prior experience with multiple recruitment platforms including: Applicant tracking systems, Talent Pipeline Systems, Human Resources Management Systems, and Integrated Vendor Systems, other recruitment databases

Required Education:
