Performance and Training (70%)
1. Support on implementing the excel-based tools, policy, procedures for Performance Management, Succession Planning &Talent Management in South China and giving advice when needed
2. Fine-tune the tools and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in databases to support the needs.
3. Carry out new staff orientations and follow overall performance according to HR Working Procedures
4. Resonsible for collecting the performance appraisal data from each department, summarize and analyse the appraisal data, feedback the appraisal result of each department.
5. Maintain accurate and up to date information for related traning materials
6. Advise line managers about HR procedures and ensure required forms are submitted for HR action requests.
7. Coordinate the employees` training via indentification of training needs, defining courses, organization and coordination of training delivery, follow-up of training results;

Monthly HR Report(10%)
1. Assist HRM to consolidate related HR reports; checking and monitor the required HR data
2. Maintain accurate staff leave and attendance records

Others(20%)
3. Handle HR daily work(Employment/Resignation, etc. ) according to HR Working Procedures
4. Supporting on company culture develpment and team building, cooperate on employee’s activities: Annual Dinner/Outing and etc.
5. Implement effective communication between HR team and each department to explain company policies to employees and to collect information from employees to HR team;
6. Assist HR team for personnel admin, visa & resident permit related to the Labour Bureau, soaical insurance , Entry & Exit Bureau, etc;
7. Coordination of all HR aspects with each HR team members and give advice or professional consulting service to HR team;
8. Perform related duties to meet the on-going needs of the organization
9. Any others additional task and duties required by HR Manager

Requirement:
? Degree hold in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
?? Proficiency in PC skills, especially Excel
? Good command of spoken and written English and mandarin
? Conduct with precise, serious and particular
? Excellent communication skills, well-organized, hard working and be able to work under pressure.
