Job description
1. with the division of a variety of team, combined with their pain points, the introduction of advanced management or engineering practice, to develop the corresponding improvement plan;
2 follow up the practice of the floor, solve the problems encountered in the process, to ensure that the desired results are achieved;
3 in the implementation process, to provide the necessary training, such as object-oriented design, continuous integration, unit testing, demand analysis, etc.;
4 in the engineering efficiency team, summarize the experience of precipitation in the past cases and related skills, etc.;
5 coaching the engineering team to improve the professional ability of the whole team.
Job requirements
1 Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronics, communication or related major;
3 have more than 5 years related working experience;
3 in-depth understanding of SCRUM Master, Project management, RTC, lean and other concepts, with rich practical experience, can be flexible in practical work;
4 successful implementation experience in Internet Co and large IT companies is preferred;
