2.能服从安排，能适应倒班，按时完成分配的任务，熟悉办公软件

3.熟悉自动化设备原理，了解设备维护，懂一般性设备维修。

4.了解工艺控制，产品分析，能做YIELD报表和SPC监控

5.自学能力和动手分析能力强，爱学习

6.能独立在生产过程中发现异常问题和及时解决，能将处理不了的问题及时反应给经理。
