职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
Interface with R&D in coordinating the release of engineering changes for products transfer, new product release or change of existing product lines.
Identify problems including design and process and work with related internal and external parties to drive for solution.
Issue and maintain assembly work instructions.
Issue and follow up with ECO changes.
Design of jigs and fixtures for production assembly and testing.
Define quality control and test plan with R&D and QC.
Drive for quality improvement and CIP.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering disciplines.
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in handling projects from development phase to volume manufacturing.
Solid exposure in the manufacturing and assembly of automatic machineries.
All-round knowledge in mechanical, pneumatic and electronics engineering.
CAD knowledge in Solidworks or other CAD software.
Knowledge of ISO9000 and document control.
Experience in one or more of following areas is an advantage: providing manufacture requirements for design review/ cycle time and cost reduction techniques/ failure analysis/ use of SAP/ use of optics.
Good problem solving and presentation skills, able to work independently as well as in a team work environment.
Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). 举报 分享
