Job Description Summary
1. Develops Marketing Intelligence into a competitive advantage via integrating the knowledge from both external (market landscape assessment, consumer/customer understanding, segmentation etc.) and internal (business insights, business plan and market size/market share etc.);
2. Drive the consumer-oriented mindset in NPDL process to sharpen product proposition and validate the concepts;
3. Facilitate knowledge based portfolio and market strategy development via analyzing various information cross functions and markets.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor and above degree;

Working Experience:
More than 8yrs working experience in consumer insights and marketing intelligence.

Skills and Personality:
Fluent English both in oral and writing;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Skilled on data processing and analysis;
Strong self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
