Responsibilities:
·Responsible on the program management, project governance, project methodology for lifecycle management, progress control and reporting for managing the service delivery projects
·Liaison between service owners, developers, users, vendors in carrying out design and implementation of system infrastructure services;
·Play a role of Project Manager (PM) to manage the System Infrastructure and service delivery projects;
·Chair the regular meeting to keep track and update the project progress, make sure the projects are meet the project's KPIs and communicate with all project stakeholders for any project related matters;
·To review and consolidate feedbacks from users on project deliverables;
·Establish a professional working relationship with other team members and management staff;

Requirements:
·Have a recognized degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline;
·Have a certified in Project Management (PRINCE2 or PMP) with at least 5 years solid project implementation experience;
·Strong in Project Management, Leadership, Decision-making, Documentation, Analytical, Negotiation, People management, Communication, Problem Solving, Vendor management and technical skills.
·Have strong analytical skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills;
·Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
Preference will be given to those with working experience in supervisory role, system support, ITIL, quality assurance planning, operational control, project management, Prince2.
