职位描述：
Skip Hop is a modern, growing lifestyle brand for infants and parents, with worldwide reach and offices in New York, Shenzhen and London.

Responsibility:
? Be responsible for the development and implementation of QC inspection processes and get involved in the planning, management and coordination of quality control programs to ensure delivery of the good quality products.
? Supervises a small team of quality control inspectors.
? Ensure a high level of internal and external quality control. Investigate (and correct) quality problems and customer complaints relating to quality.
? Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards
? Create, document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
? Provide, and oversee, inspection activity for products from in-line production till shipment.
? Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
? Maintain active role in internal continuous quality improvement.
? Design, develop and implement quality control training to inspectors and vendors as needed.
? Hire, train and manage a team of inspectors and arrange/negotiate with third party inspectors as needed to inspect outgoing POs.
? Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for tracking quality control by Vendor and Category of business.
? Document and manage Amazon and field consumer/distributor complaints and review with team to improve/investigate quality issues.
? Successfully establish a final inspection procedure, resulting in every job being shipped 100% complete, on time, and matching all product specifications
? Implemented and developed a troubleshooting team to address and improve factory wide quality issues
? Quickly identified problem areas, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective/preventative actions by effectively writing/analyzing technical inspection reports and keeping careful records of results and reviewing with team.
? Develop and maintained quality reports, procedure sheets, sample products, and quality logs
? Record and sort quality data and produced monthly quality reports for management
? Adjusted work schedules as needed in order to meet all shipping deadlines.
? Manage Inspection Schedules weekly and report to CHO and NYO End of week for following week inspections.
Requirements:
? At least 6 years in a QC managerial position
? Strong English skills, written and oral
? Very familiar with the quality standards and requirements of toys, home gears for infant and toddler and bags.
? Experience in stroller, high chair, activity center and electronic products for baby would be a great advantage
? Experience with both softlines and hardlines is a big plus
? Honest, independent, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility
? Willing to travel frequently within GuangDong, and occasionally in East China. 举报 分享
