职位描述：
岗位职责：
负责房地产顾问项目拓展，收集、掌握、跟进项目信息及客户关系维护等后续工作；
开发新客户，对潜在客户进行根基洽谈，进行项目的前期接洽；
负责维护公司现有客户信息，挖掘并建立新的客户资源；
搜集整理行业信息、分析汇总，协助董事进行物业市场拓展工作；
与客户保持良好的工作沟通及业务往来；
及时收集全国以及区域的房地产行业信息，了解及跟踪市场动态等；
完成董事或者资深管理层下达的其他任务；
 
岗位要求：
三年以上同岗位或类似岗位的相关工作经验；
市场营销、工商管理专业为佳；
具有良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力，具备个人形象气质；
对房地产市场敏感，有较强的市场分析能力；
有良好的独立工作的能力，讲求效率；
具备较高的综合素质、独立处理事务的能力以及较强的团队合作精神；
责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力，适应加班；
接受经常国内出差的工作需要；

Key Accountabilities:
Business development and marketing professional
Collecting market information and assisting Senior Level to develop the market
Completing the plan under direction of Senior according to client needs
Maintain client relationships and keeping good working relationship with the client
Follow up and keep good communication with potential client
Developing new business through researching, calling, networking
Helping Senior Level to deal with market related tasks

Requirements & Qualifications:
At least 3 years working experience in real estate industry or similar area
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese
Understand of business development and client relationship management
Highly organized, high energy, self-motivated, competitive by nature
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Team player
Active working attitude and can work under pressure, be able to work OT
