职位：采购助理
Job title: Sourcing Importation Assistant
岗位职责：
Job responsibilities:
1.据企业经营计划，制订进口休闲食品采购计划与采购预算，以满足经营活动的需要，降低库存成本；
   According to the business plans, develop import food procurement plan procurement budget in order to meet the needs of business activities, reducing inventory cost;
2.进口休闲食品订货业务的洽谈工作，监督采购合同的执行和落实情况；
   To negotiate the ordering business of imported leisure food and supervise the implementation and implementation of the procurement contract;
3.参与开发、选择供应商，建立供应商档案管理制度；
   participation in the development, selection of suppliers, supplier management system;
4.组织对采购产品的国内外市场行情进行跟踪，负责采购价格的控制工作，并预测价格变化趋势；
  the organization keeps track of purchased product market at home and abroad, for a price control and forecasting price trends;
5.与国外厂家/供应商保持良好的沟通；
   good communication with foreign manufacturers/suppliers;
6.负责采购部门的日常工作管理以及和与其他部门间的协调工作，完成领导交办的任务。
  responsible for the daily management of the Purchasing Department and coordinate its work with other departments to complete assigned tasks.
岗位要求：
Job requirements:
1. 2年以上外贸公司/食品公司采购工作经验,能独立开展工作
   more than 2 years working experience in foreign trade companies/food purchase, able to work alone
2.熟练英语听、读、写
   proficient English listening, reading and writing
3. 熟练操作各类办公室软件
   familiar with Office software
