The Management Trainee("MT") Programme provides rewarding career prospects and tremendous growth opportunities with Convoy. It aims to nurture bright,potential and young executives and to develop future leaders for our business.

Our MT Programme comprises a wide range of focused,on the job training,job-rotations,overseas exposure and excutive shadowing,We also provide mentoring and ongoing performance coaching to help you develop the required skills and techniques.IN addition, you will be enquired to complete special projectors and assignments,and partical in cross-departmental events to broaden your horizons and gain practical experience.

Placement

Upon completion of the MT Programme,placement decision will be made by taking into account your preference, feedback from your mentor, availability of the position and our company overall human resourcces strategy.

Requirements:

* University graduates in Business Administration,Finance,Accounting,Economics or related discipline,preferably experience in retail banking, investment services area or other business related field

* Possess team orientation and leadership

* Ambitious and aggressive for achevement

* Openness and willingness to embrace change and flexibility around changing circumstances

* Patient and tough to work and receive training under pressure

* Fresh Graduates and Overseas graduates from Mainland China are welcomed

* Advance in Mandarin
