Job Title: Product Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities
BPD China team is searching for an experienced product test engineer with strong product and testing engineering background. Able to use company’s MPC04 (USB protocol convertor) and Raptor MT (SPI protocol convector) solution to test fingerprint module and establish test environment for customer.
? Obtain thorough knowledge (Product H/W & S/W) and experience of MPC04 USB protocol convertor and Raptor MT (SPI protocol convertor).
? To develop procedures and tools for testing under MPC04/Raptor Module test environment, calibration and verification of the equipment, cooperating with the developers.
? Help with initial product run experiments to establish test limits.
? Evaluate yield and fallouts to recommend change in limits, board level H/W or test methodology.
? Do basic failure analysis on fallout units and write report to communicate failure root cause
? Engage and support manufacturing partner on all NPI/MP activities
? Attend BPD’s scoping meeting for assuring the design is testable.
? To assist and train manufacturing partner’s test team when required. Willing to travel overseas.
? Support manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging and reduction of intermittent failures of test equipment.
? Report project status in Program review meeting.
? Report to BPD China manager.
Required Qualifications
? BSEE with 5 years working experience in related filed.
? Strong system or module level test and hardware back ground knowledge.
? Experience as a product or test engineer in mobile phone industries, notebook PC industries, or mixed signal ASIC test field is a plus.
? Should have thorough knowledge about the test methods of manufacturing techniques.
? With Labview and C++ experience will be a plus.
? Should be well organized and have an eye for details.
? Strong verbal and written communication skill in English.
? Experience in working with cross functional team.
? Willing to travel overseas.
