工作内容：
（1）负责来电接听、来访客人的接待，往来传真、信函、快递的收发与登记，以及各类纸质文件、电邮的收发；
（2）负责公司文件的复印、传真的操作工作；
（3）负责月度考勤的汇总、统计
（4）负责办公用品（消耗品）及固定资产（办公家具）的日常管理与维护、保养；
（5）协助设计人员完成好其他相关工作。
任职资格：
（1）22—28岁，大学专科学历；文秘、公共关系等相关专业优先考虑；
（2）具有1年以上前台文员工作经验；（应届毕业生亦可）
（3） 熟练使用各种办公软件，(PPT,coreldraw, photoshop优先)；
（4）具有高度的责任心、敬业精神，较强的语言表达及沟通能力，良好的服务意识及团队协作精神
