1. 良好的英文读能力及粤语听说能力，懂越南语者优先；
2. 有货代客服工作经验者优先录用；
3. 懂一般计算机操作, 如MS OUTLOOK, EXCEL, WORD；
4. 对工作积极热诚、有责任心、耐性及处事细心精确；
5. 良好的沟通能力；
6. 优秀的职业操守及团队精神；能承受一定工作压力，服从公司管理；
7. 需与海外代理沟通；
岗位职责：
1. 联络客户，处理查询及回馈客户要求；
2. 安排订舱、拖车、报关等事宜；
3. 联络船公司、海外代理及其他相关合作部门；
