DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:
The Business Development Manager will:
* Work to operational objectives for the Business Development function
and delegate assignments to subordinate managers and team members as
appropriate.
* Work closely with the team to deploy new account and each account for
maximum revenue, operating profit and revenue growth, develop and
communicate metrics for same to all levels of internal and external
management.
* Develop, maintain and sustain business relationships, close deals and
drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Support the management team in negotiating difficult and or critical
business matters, through interaction with senior and executive level
managers both internally and externally.
* Be involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies
which affect immediate operations and may also have a company wide
effect.
* Work closely with the Engineering, Program Management teams and
operations to ensure budgets, schedules and performance criteria are
met .
* Lead the sales process from initial engagement into mass production.
* Generate and present sales proposals.
* Manage the customer forecast, POs, and AR with support from the
customer program management team.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
REQUIRED Basic Qualifications (must
have skills):
* Understanding of the Power Supply industry including competitions
landscape, products
* Strong Sales kill and management, Key contacts within the Power
industry
* Strong organizational skills,
* Willing to work as the job requires (off hours, travel,)
* Good in Presentation skills (Both English and Mandarin) ,
* Typical office software skills (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
PREFERRED Qualifications (nice to have
skills):
Engineering backgroud, key account management skills, program
management skills, good communication skills, Management of P&Ls,
Chinese Language skills a plus
Education or Training:
College Degree or above
