岗位职责:
- 确保每个生产单元都保持r-pac一致的价值及标准体系；
- 全面负责生产管理，包含生产计划，物流，品质管理，生产技术及维护之职能；
- 确保所有生产环境和雇员的健康安全，符合全面（EHS）环境管理及职业健康安全管理体系标准；
- 创建流程操作标准（SOPs），并确保其在生产过程中顺利执行；
- 全面监督日常生产运作；并有效管理关键绩效指标KPIs;
- 定期（每周/每月）进行绩效评估，并确保发现问题时，及时采取纠正措施；
- 持续改善生产流程，以提高生产效率并降低成本；
- 紧密参与车间生产管理活动，积极主动发现并解决问题；
- 与HR 经理合作，积极参与员工发展计划，帮助公司保留优秀人才；
- 与公司内外部关键的相关人员保持正常联系，如其他业务部经理，产品外包厂商，及r-pac海外的其他公司；
任职要求:
- 10年以上印刷或包装行业相关工作经验；
- 5年以上生产经理岗位的管理经验；至少管理过50人或以上生产规模的生产线；
- 有公司内外部多部门协调和管理工作经验；
- 有精益管理/现场改善/5S管理经验；
- 英文和普通话，读、写、说流利；
- 计算机操作熟练，如MS office办公软件;
- 工程、技术、印刷或相关专业本科以上学历；
