职位描述：

岗位职责

1. 负责公司各类设备运行情况的检查、记录、考核以及日常管理工作所管辖设备的动态趋势，并提出建议;

2. 负责办公楼水、电、气、监控、门禁等相关设备系统的维修保养，掌握设备的应急处理办法;

3. 负责设备房的安全管理工作，禁止非工作人员进入，禁止各项违反设备房管理规定的行为;

4. 定时巡视设备房和设备的运行情况，认真做好巡查记录和值班记录;

5. 熟悉现场的消防供水、供电、电梯、空调及安保系统等设施、设备的情况，掌握相关设备的操作程序和应急处理措施;

6. 协助维修处理重大设备事故，参加事故的分析，提出处理意见，对重大事故及时报告上级主管和公司，按时准确填报有关统计报表。

资质要求：

1. 中技及以上学历，持有高、低压电工操作证;

2. 三年以上强电设备系统维修、保养工作经验，具有外资工业厂房建设经验者优先;

3. 备良好的沟通协调能力，能够独立处理各类临时发生的事务;

4. 按照公司安排的工作时间轮班。
