职位描述：
Position Purpose:

---Create, maintain and oversee a database of all open projects so that prices, status, issues, etc are always available (online)
---Find and recommend factories (Factory selection to be done by Product Director and Operations Director)
---Work with the Product Director to allocate projects to the Product Developers.
---Oversee (and report on) progress for each project – chasing where needed, reporting concerns, escalating, etc
---Ensure all projects follow a standard outline.
---Collection and publication of key project data
---Engage with merchandiser to oversee first production run.
---Work with the Product Director to achieve sign off into production
---Photography of new product
---Liaison with the UK design team, the Product Director and the Operations Director

Qualification/Requirements

--6 years’ working experience in a product development role, preferably 2-4 years in a management position
--Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and partner with Planners, appropriate Buyers and others to effect solutions
--Experience in the gift industry would be a big benefit, particularly print, resin, metals, plastic, glass, wood.
--Experience of dealing with overseas client highly valued
