Account Manager for the Airframe Related Components-Asset Management and OEM Cooperation
Position Description
? manage customer accounts with contracted MRO business in terms of commercial and service fulfillment
? Manage spares and coorinidate within LHT group regarding sprare allocation/support.
? Strategic coordinationg/negotiating with market spare vendor to ensure spare support out of LHT group capacity.
? Manage OEM licensing contract and communicate closely with LHT program manager.
? Support sales team/customer service team for RFP which needs spare support.
? Support sales team for B787/A350/A320NEO nacelle program based on expertise of OEM license agreement knowledge.
? monitor business development according to plan and lead corrective measures if necessary
? secure service levels, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes in coordination with the respective business units
? develop and implement measures to increase customer satisfaction, systematically strengthen the relationship with your assigned customers, and identify additional opportunities for more business
? optimize the business relationship and implement change requirements in the contractual baseline
? align sales campaigns together with product sales department and adjoin the negotiation of contract amendments together with corporate sales
? support sales during RFP process from side of cost, shipping solution, spare supply, etc.
? analyze the margin of each single business case or project to ensure positive profitability.
? cooperate with multi-functional customer service teams across various to jointly reach the fulfillment targets
? adjoin customer related projects as necessary
Position Requirements:
? Completed university-level studies in Civil Aviation/Economics/International Trade
? Strong economic know-how
? More than 3 years of experience in aviation, in particular in customer service, planning, logistics or material supply is preferred
? Deep understanding of nacelle products of different aircraft type preferable
? Fluent in both written and oral English is a must
? System knowledge MS-Office (excel in particular), SAP
? Strong analytical skills as well and structured work style
? Team player
? Thrives in customer service
? Strong negotiations and persuasion skills, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication
? Confident demeanor and intercultural competence
? entrepreneurial thinking and high degree of self-driven initiative
