职位描述：
- The candidate shall have knowledge about Phosphorus market and their derivatives markets and/or Polymer Additives market
- already a few years of experience as procurement manager, ideally with regional or global experience
- The position, depending on the profile, can be already defined as global or shall be developed into a global position within the next 6-12 months. The spend responsibility will definitely increase in same time frame.
- Candidate shall join Clariant soonest possible

Sourcing
1. Sources materials in his/her area of responsibility within aligned sourcing strategies
2. Negotiates and concludes deals in accordance with delegated responsibility
3. Creates and maintains contracts, master data etc. in SAP
4. Executes agreements with the suppliers (Contracts, QA, QNS, etc.)
5. Initiates bundling projects towards supply markets/suppliers
6. Participates in Lean Sigma projects, e.g. as Green Belt or Team member

Supply Market Management
1. Contributes to and/or develops sourcing strategies within the category
2. Conducts market research and proactively finds new suppliers and alternative raw materials
3. Monitors and analizes market development and supply availability. Forecasts prices of strategic products
4. Contributes to monthly reports about market developments in the area of responsibility

Business Partnership
1. Participates in cross-functional teams and pro-actively communicates with stakeholders
2. Closely interacts with the business and participates actively in meetings and processes, like e.g. S&OP

Supplier Management
1. Manages supplier relationship within area of responsibility
2 Supports Key Supplier Management Program

Sustainability
1. Follows corporate sustainability program in conjunction with supplier base and supports GPS initiatives
