SUMMARY:
As a representative member of CBRE’s Agency Services team, the primary role and responsibility of the Manager/Assistant Manager, Agency Services, is to professionally represent the interests of our Company, its developer and occupier clients and prospective new clients at all times, in the facilitation of their office and/or industrial and logistics space and other relevant requirements.
You are required to identify, win and transact new agency instructions from developers and corporate occupiers of office and/or industrial and logistics properties in the local market and source wider business opportunities, managing and maintaining your customer relationships and maintaining highest quality service delivery to them.
Meet roles and responsibilities of the position, with the ultimate purpose of meeting personal financial targets and contributing to the expansion and profitability of the CBRE business, in China and the region.
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant education background or at least 4 years’ of related working experience
Excellent understanding of and experience in real estate and leasing in the office and/or industrial and logistics markets
Proven experience in managing individuals, teams or projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Driven and hardworking with good communication and presentation skills
Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English
Act with integrity
Always be honest
Be open and transparent in dealings with both clients and colleagues
Be accountable for their actions
Know and act within their limitations
Be objective at all times
Treat others with respect
Set a good example
Act and dress like a Professional
