职位描述:

This position is a team member of the Talent Development Center of Excellence (TD COE) in China region. He / She will need to identify, assess training needs, formulate annual training curriculum, design and deliver the company shared learning programs for all staff up to managerial level.

Primary Responsibilities

1)The incumbent shall demonstrate a solid capability in learning function. Must be strong in providing sound needs analysis and planning annual training calendar accurately with timeliness.

1. Provide professional learning consultancy from needs analysis to solutions proposal to key internal customers; communicate with the stakeholders to understand the learning needs, design and deliver effective learning solutions accordingly;?

2. Formulate annual learning curriculum and approaches to meet people development needs and leadership strategies;?

3. Develop and deliver learning programs, prepare necessary materials and ensure continuously updated in line with the company-wide initiatives or other changes;?

4. Assist in developing, monitoring, and updating Training policies, processes and expenses;?

5. Monitor and maintain quality of learning resources and classroom delivery;?

6. Work with qualified external service providers in identifying appropriate training solutions for internal delivery.???

7. Support TD related projects, initiatives and events.?

2)The incumbent must provide consultative support to HRBP and Business Leaders to verify the real learning needs, provide expert advice to support business growth. Design and develop tools and practices as required to accelerate learning effectiveness.

1. Understand very well key business/talent upgrading pursuits, anticipate learning & development opportunities as result of performance evaluation and talent reviews;?

2. Speak “business language”, consults, advises and influences HRBP and business leaders on various learning scenarios;?

3. Coordinate with HRBP to manage projects, and develop local execution plans, expenses and schedules;

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

? Typically a relevant first (Bachelor’s) degree from a prestige university. Degree holder in Human Resources, Organization Development or relevant disciplines is preferred;?

? Has minimum 7 years working experience in sizable MNCs -HR function with 5+ years ‘relevant experience in learning & development;

? Has proven record of being a quick learner and be able to quickly understand and open to new things

? Has strong interpersonal skills and is able to communicate with cross-functional senior leaders and executives fluently both in Mandarin and English

? Has an entrepreneurial and open mindset regarding changes, and is able to manage changes within the organization
