职位描述：

Main Responsibility：

-Be response for AP booking of A&P expense/Stock AP(bonded and normal)/department expense for the related brands.

-Be response for the interco reconciliation for the related brands.

-Doing the regular reconciliation with non interco vendor.

-Prepare the bank payment for the related brands and formalize bank reconciliation.

-Do the follow up and improve the non invoice payment process.

-Generate and do the analysis on the AP aging report/control account/purchase variance/CAPEX report for the related brands.

-Assist AP leader to complete the AP team objective.

-Help the team member to complete the AP work.

-Complete the group report(syrus) at month end timely.

Requirment：

-Good communication skills

-Good team player

-Fair English expression in oral and Written

-At least 3 years related experience in multinational company , FMCG related experiences is a plus. Good computer skills especially in excel.

-Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance
