职位描述：
Job Description: This position will mainly be responsible for Supply Planning, Improve supplier OTD (on time delivery) performance, Inventory management and other daily activity such as demand checking, PO creation, etc.

Principle Tasks:
1. Supply Planning: Creation of supply plans (Supplier Fcst) and related statistics as a result of the MRP calculations
2. Improve supplier OTD performance, understand products LT profile, could drive supplier to reduce LT, build up strategy buffer……
3. Manage supplier delivery on daily basis, escalate for any of urgent issue like delivery decommit, material shortages, production quality etc……
4. Daily demand check and fulfillment of related purchase order creation within the MRP planning cycle
5. Daily check of exception messages as a result of changed demands and initiative of related actions (cancellation, pull-in, push-out,…) to secure stock targets and on-time delivery targets “to request” and “to commit”
6. Inventory management for the purchasing material owned in personal responsibility
7. Material master maintenance incl. lead-times, pricing, safety stocks, purchasing info records…
8. Control and implement actions to support the achievement of related stock targets
9. Conduct NPI/transfer project planning/purchasing in terms of supply from China.
10. Initiate continuous improvement projects to drive process optimization
11. Improve and develop ERP skills continuously
12. Develop and control actions to support division, departmental and personal goals (Stocks; OTD; Lead-times;…)

Skills/Qualifications/Trainings/Experience:
1. Major in Business Administration or Trading or Commercial (Bachelor or Junior Colleague)
2. 3 - 5 years experience in the field of Purchasing and project management, optics purchasing experience is preferred
3. Strong analytic skills
4. Good commend of English
5. MS-Office User
6. SAP (or different ERP system) user
7. Team player, resilience, reliability
