1. Involvement in this process can include, but is not limited to, reviewing requisitions for quality assurance,
2. Processing changes, updates and cancels of Purchase Orders
3. Handling query of Invoice Receiving & Goods Receiving,
4. Purchase Requisitions validation, PO creation in SAP, tracing signed PO.
5. The quality assurance review process for Purchase Requisitions includes verification of commodity codes, review for price & tax, and ensuring price quotes are attached.
6. Check the requisitions approved by the local unit for completion to order to the supplier according well defined rules provided by the local unit.
7. Communicate with the local unit people for solving issues on requests.
8. Placing purchase orders in line with the requests and Nego. Form.
9. Following up, cancelling, postponing and speeding up orders.
10. Send purchase orders to suppliers.
11. Trace signed purchase orders from suppliers and upload in SAP.
12. Adherence to agree Service Level Agreements.

—大专学历以上;
—英语四级
—熟练使用MS Word; Excel; PPT; 可以自主开发维护简单的应用软件程序 is preferred;
—工作积极主动;善于沟通;
—良好的teamwork;
