职位描述：
职位描述 Responsibilities
1. 维护实验室/量测房工作的正常运行，人员的管理，资源的协调，设备的维护与升级。以满足生产/工程/品保的量测需求；
  Keeping the normal operation of the laboratory / measurement room, managing related person, coordinating resources,
    maintaining and upgrading the equipment to meet the measurement demands of PRO/ENG/QUA.
2. 对实验室/量测房人员能力进行训练和考核；
  Training and appraising the ability of the person in laboratory / measurement room
3. 部门内工作的管理，KPI指标的设定与达成；
  Managing the department work, setting and achieving the KPI target.
4. 为品保以及相关部门提供相应技术支持，确保量测房设备硬件与软件的质量与使用性；
  Providing related technical support to QUA or related department, make sure the quality and use for the equipment
    hardware and software.
5. 制作量测房工作流程，工作计划，量测文件及产品量测方法、规范、标准和要求，负责起草、编制、完善各类仪器操作指导书；
  Making measurement room work process, work plan, measurement document and making measurement method,
    specification, standard, requirement for the products, and be responsible for drafting, writing, perfecting all kinds of
    instrument Operating Procedures.
6. 实现部门高效的量测活动，对测试进行跟踪，并对测试结果如CPK报告进行总结与统计分析，给出并提出改善意见，并完成专业
  报告；
  Achieving department high efficient measuring target, tracing test, summarizing and analyzing test result as CPK, giving and
    proposing improvement advises, finishing the professional report.
7. 对量测房的工作质量和结果负责，严格按照量测程序、规范标准和有关规定进行量测。填写量测记录，并对试验的准确性和真实性
  负责，出具试验报告，试验资料应认真整理，并及时归档；
  Be responsible to the work quality and test result, strictly according to the measuring procedure and standard to measure, fill
    in the measuring records, and be responsible to test accuracy and authenticity, prepare test report, carefully sort data and file
    them in time.
8. 对测试中发现的问题进行详细分析和准确定位（人机料法环，QC操作手法？），与其他部门紧密协作，跟踪缺陷及推动及时改善
  与解决。
  Making detailed analysis and accurate location for the problem found in the test (Man? Machine? Material? Method? QC
    manipulation?), cooperating with other department, tracking defect and promoting the improvement and solving timely.
9. 指导QC编写OMM测试程式并进行审核，对QC量测房的测试报告结果负责，对测试进行跟踪；
  Guide QC to compile the OMM testing procedure and audit, be responsible to the result of QC test report, tracking the test.
10. 负责上报仪器检测设备的维修计划，编制填写仪器设备操作使用及维修记录；
  Be responsible to report the instrument maintenance planning, compile and fill in the record about using, maintaining
    instrument.
11. 严格遵守公司及部门各项规章制度，服从部门组织的调配，协助上级，完成上级交代的工作。
  Strictly obey the rules and regulations of the company, Obey arrangement led by department, assist superior, and finish other
    work assigned by superior.

任职资格 Qualifications
教育水平：本科或以上学历 Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
专业：电子或材料相关专业 Major: electronic or material related major
工作经验：三年以上品质相关行业，分析实验室/量测房或是检验实验室/量测房相关工作经验；
Work Experience: about 3 years working experience in quality related industry, experience in analysis laboratory/measurement room, or inspection laboratory /measurement room.
英语要求：良好的英语会话沟通能力, CET-4/6
English Requirement: good spoken and written English skills, CET-4/6

能力要求Capacity Requirement:
1. 能制作并能读懂机械图纸，CPK,SPC,（P)FMEA并根据CPK,SPC,（P)FMEA等报告进行失效分析;
    Able to make and read mechanical drawing, CPK, SPC,（P)FMEA, and conduct the failure analysis according to the report of
   CPK,SPC,（P)FMEA.
2. 能熟练操作OMM，并能进行编程; Be proficient in operating OMM, able to write program.
3. 熟悉实验室/量测房的相关操作规程，熟悉实验室各种测试仪器（OMM/X-RAY等)的操作及保养;
    Be familiar with the related procedure of laboratory/measurement room, be familiar with the operation and maintenance for
    all kinds of testing instruments (OMM/X-RAY and etc.).
4. 良好的分析和解决问题的能力.Strong ability to analyze and solve problem.
