职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据产品的项目要求负责新产品的外观、工艺、结构等方面的设计和制作; 
2、主动积极负责项目跟进,开模前评估,试模检讨以及试产/模具验收; 
3、负责产品维护,出相关产品技术资料(bom/检验图)及签板,结案资料完整准确,有条理,重点突出; 
4、处理生产异常及异常问题,准确迅速的分析问题并解决,与其他部门沟通顺畅;
5、对产品持续优化,通过改进设计方案、改进材料、增加零件的通用性控制成本；
6、完成部门负责人安排的其他工作.
任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，机械相关专业毕业
2.三年以上工作经验，至少两人上项目跟进经验，能独立跟进较大型项目
2.责任感强、工作自主，人际沟通能力（沟通范围工程、硬件、采购、外观组）；
3. 熟悉各种塑胶、五金材料的结构和工艺，能独立完成一个产品的3D结构图及分拆2D图档及项目BOM。
4. 熟悉常用的电子元件及线材，能初步评估PCB走线需要的宽度。
5. 熟悉项目开发流程，有较好控制项目开发以过程中样机问题、样机品质、资料整理等能力。
6. 具备独立设计能力，熟练操作CAD、Pro-e等设计软件； 
7. 具备独立解决技术问题的能力，熟悉产品结构开发流程，并具备有一定的策划分析能力 举报 分享
