Job Descriptions:
-Daily expedites, tracking requests, spot quote requests, EFR approvals, and stuck shipment help
-End of quarter support
-Administrative carrier support including account number management, new account set up, and report reviews
-Freight forwarder delay shipment analysis and corrective action plans
-DOA/RMA shipment management
-Dangerous Goods (i.e. battery) shipment document review
-Light reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years’ experience in logistics including exposure in shipment management, reporting, reverse logistics, and tracking
- Experience in reading and understanding freight pricing
- Experience working with all modes of transportation including air freight, ocean freight, trucking, and express courier
- Intermediate level experience with Excel
- Project management experience a plus
- Solid communication skills including experience in working with other cultures
- Capable and experienced in working independently with access to management on a remote basis
