深圳市君为信股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”，公司证券代码：837128）成立于1997年，是一家国内领先的高端生鲜食品服务商；且是目前国内生鲜食品服务商中少数几家已挂牌上市公众股份公司之一。公司于2016年6月2日在全国中小企业股份转让系统“新三板”挂牌，正式登陆资本市场。
公司业务概况：
（一）传统业务
1、公司国内总代理美国上市公司美国辉宝生产的饲料添加剂产品速大肥，美国辉宝是一家专业提供多种饲料添加剂、药物添加剂的跨国公司，总部设于美国新泽西洲。美国辉宝于2000年购买了辉瑞制药饲料添加剂的全球业务。
2、速大肥产品于1975年投入全球市场，技术含量高，性能稳定、安全，深得下游客户的认可，2015年9月3日，更获得欧盟委员会主席签发同意来自鸡的维吉尼霉素扩展到禽类是合适的批准，从而给速大肥带来更加稳定的生产和销售。
3、2015 年11 月12 日，公司与美国辉宝签署《独家（中国）总代理合同》，合同期限自2015年11月12日起至2020年12月31日。
（二）新增业务
1、高端进口水果；
2、美国加州安格斯牛肉代理业务；
3、进口澳洲新鲜和牛肉；
4、进口澳洲新鲜龙虾，澳洲新鲜鲍鱼，澳洲干鲍鱼；
5、北京/上海/广州/南京/长沙/杭州/福州/南昌/武汉/郑州/西安/合肥等城市布局12家一级经销商，代理公司进口水果业务，同时选派12名营业代表分别进驻12家一级经销商；
6、公司进口生鲜水果、牛肉、海鲜等今年分批入驻华润万家、人人乐、天虹商场、岁宝百货、家乐福、吉之岛、好又多、百佳、麦德龙等各大超市并积极参与各大节日产品促销活动。



Introduction
■    Established in 1997, Shenzhen Kingship Co. LTD(stock code: 837128) is a leading provider for premium imported fruits and produce and it is one of a few listed companies in the industry in China.
■    On June 2nd 2016, Shenzhen Kingship Co. LTD held its NEEQ opening ceremony with all the board members and managers. It is the beginning of Shenzhen Kingship Co. LTD’s entry into the capital market.
Traditional Business:
■    Our company is China’s exclusive agent for the animal feed additives, Stafac, from Phibro Animal Health Corporation. Phibro Animal Health Corporation is an international company that provides feed additives. Phibro was established in 2000 and its headquarters located in New Jersey, USA.
■    In 1975, Stafac was introduced to the global market. Due to its high-tech quality, stable and safe performance, Stafac was widely recognized by the customers. On Sept. 3rd 2015, Stafac was approved by President of the European Commission to apply virginiamycin from chicken to poultry. This approval has increased Stafac’s production and sales.
■    On Nov. 12th 2015, our company renewed the exclusive contract with Phibro to continue being Phibro’s exclusive agent in China. The contract is valid until Dec. 31st 2020.

The company is opening Kingship branded fruit shops in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Zhengzhou, Changsha, Fuzhou, Nanchang, Xi'an, Wuhan, Hangzhou, and Nanjing; there will be one sales representative for each city.
We strive for retailing our fruit products in grocery stores such as: Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, CR Vanguard, Carrefour, Shirble Store, Jusco, Baoneng, Trust-Mart, Parknshop. We will also launch promotion activities in holidays to further sale our products.
