职位描述：
1.Participate the analysis of 8D, quality and safety.
2.Support production/maintenance team to analyze the complex problem on the machine and assure the machine work in normal situation.
3.In charge of the production team training about working instruction, technical specification and machine turning. Lead the POMS improvement at plant side.
4.Industrialization preparation coordination between program and plant, participate in the program development gate review.
5.Application of Pokayoke and SPC
6.Optimization of process flow and parameter. prepare the machine improvement specification and technical communication with supplier.
7.In charge of internal package design and supplier component package validation

COMPETENCES AND EDUCATION BACKGROUND：
1.Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how
2.Good English level (speaking, listening, reading and writing: fluent)
3.Mastery of mechanical design
4.Mastery of CAD software( UG or Catia, Autocad)
5.Good knowledge for safety, ergonomic
6.Basic automatism knowledge
7.Mastery of plastic material machining and welding process control
8.Mastery of pneumatic and hydraulic Knowledge
9.Good automatic, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge
10.Competence for analyzing, solving the problem and building the action plan
11.Basic knowledge of package
12.Bachelor major in Mechanical Design
13.Good knowledge of LOTO
