Onsite support GlobalX Release&Test management & Users coaching &Training

1) Profound test management and method skills required.
2) Consulting/Coach skill strongly needed.
3) Strong experience in automotive data exchange and B2B project implementation and consulting.(at least 5 years)
4) Familiar with BMW data exchange and project management related applications is highly preferred.(e.g. OpenDXM, GlobalX, etc.)

Scope of work

– Problem analysis and solving locally
– Provide KT and training to business users and operation team
– Distribute/track defects to vendors regularly if necessary
– Test cases design, test execution, organize UAT, and test report delivery
– Business requirement collection and analysis
– Provide project/change documents, e.g. Project Brief and TPA, support business implement Business Proposal, and review System Proposal and System Design from application vendors.
– Release management and implementation onsite support.
– Architecture consulting communicating with infrastructure team.
– Interactive activities regarding application security and performance enhancement and verification.
– Solution promotion strategy support
– User relationship build up, e.g. workshop, satisfaction survey.
– License usage statics and status tracking. 举报 分享
